Unboxing video is Must after you receive the package

An unboxing video is mandatory when you receive the package. This helps us verify any issues with your order and process your request smoothly.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We offer refunds only if the product you received is defective or damaged due to shipping. If you encounter any such issue, please inform us immediately upon receiving the package by emailing feedback@avvnithestore.com along with the unboxing video.

If the product is found to be defective or damaged, you may return it to the same address from which it was sent within 5 days of receiving the order. We will replace the item with a fresh piece or, if a replacement is not possible, issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

• If your parcel is returned to origin (RTO) due to reasons such as unavailable recipient, incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or remote/village location, the order will not be canceled or refunded. In such cases, you will need to pay the shipping cost again to have it re-shipped.
• If the return request is raised after 5 days from the delivery date, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process & Conditions

Once we receive the returned product, our quality check team will inspect it before approving a refund or replacement. The return must meet the following conditions:

1. The return request must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery by emailing feedback@avvnithestore.com.
2. The item must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
3. The item must be in its original packaging with the original invoice included.
4. The product should be free from scratches, damages, or deformities.
5. If we do not receive the payment, proof of payment must be submitted before the order is processed.

Important Note

• Items that do not meet the above criteria or are marked as non-returnable will not be eligible for a refund.
• If a payment confirmation issue arises, proof of payment must be submitted before we proceed with the order.
