Once you place an order, we start processing orders for shipment immediately and we are unable to make changes to, cancel, or alter your order.
We at Avvni The Store value our customer’s time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with the leading logistics/courier company Shiprocket (Shiprocket Shipping Policy)
You will receive a shipment confirmation within 1-3 business days. Depending on where you live shipping takes 2-8 days shipped via our logistics partner.
PLEASE enter your address carefully as we can not make changes once you have confirmed the order.
Avvni The Store is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Please note that the delivery timings can change based on the circumstances.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable under any circumstances.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINE
While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, a good range to keep in mind would be 2-8 working days. In some cases, The delivery time varies from city to city. Once the order is placed we ship it out within 1-2 working days and it will take 2-8 working days for it to get delivered to you depending on customer location.
We offer Free Shipping For orders above Rs. 499. For all orders below Rs. 499, an additional Rs. 49 to 99 shall be charged towards shipping. This shipping fee is non refundable.
DO YOU DELIVER ALL OVER INDIA?
Yes, we do deliver all over India. If delivery service is not available through our partnered courier companies, we will ship your order through India Post.
DOES AVVNI THE STORE DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
No, Avvni The Store does not deliver internationally.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA HIDDEN CHARGES?
There are no additional charges, the prices you see on our pages is the final price you have to pay. We offer free delivery for orders above Rs. 999. For all orders below Rs 999, an additional Rs.60 to 99 shall be charged towards shipping.
HOW TO TRACK AN ORDER STATUS?
Our products are dispatched from the courier partner Shiprocket. We send a confirmation email to our customer within 24hours of the product being dispatched. The confirmation message contains the courier tracking number & tracking link.
SECURITY OF PRODUCT DURING TRANSIT
We fully assure you that your product is safe during transit. But it is important that the person who accepts the delivery is the right person and only receives it if it is sealed and not tampered. RETURNS
We refund received payments, only if our product that had reached you is defective or damaged, due to shipping. We request the customers to inform us immediately on receiving the package that there is an damage/issue. If there is any defective or damaged product, you can send us back the product on the same address from which we have sent, within three days and we will replace and send you back a fresh piece or if the above is not possible, we will refund your paid amount.
