We refund received payments, only if our product that had reached you is defective or damaged, due to shipping. We request the customers to inform us immediately on receiving the package that there is an damage/issue with unboxing video by writing an email to feedback@avvnithestore.com

If there is any defective or damaged product, you can send us back the product on the same address from which we have sent, within three days and we will replace and send you back a fresh piece or if the above is not possible, we will refund your paid amount.

In case your parcel is returned (RTO) because you are not available or incomplete address or phone is not reachable or village area then order won’t be cancelled or refund the same. Shipping costs has to pay again for new location.

Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

• Return request to be raised within 24hours from the delivery date by writing an email to feedback@avvnithestore.com beyond which we will not make any refund/exchange.
• The item must be unused and be kept in the same condition as delivered.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The packaging should have the original invoice, packaging. Items without original invoice and packaging will not be accepted.
• There should not be any scratches or deformities on the surface of the product.
• If we do not receive the payment, you will need to submit proof of payment, only then we will accept the order and proceed.

We will refund the partial amount only, in the following situations:

• If the product that is returned after five days of delivery.
• If the customer has informed us of the damage after 24 hours of receipt of shipment.

Please Note: Items that do not meet these criteria or are stated as non-returnable will be denied refund.
